Terms & Conditions-Ireland New Zealand Trade Association (INZTA)

1.     “You” or “your” refers to the customer, member or guest of INZTA.  “We”, “us” and “our” refers to INZTA.  This “agreement” refers to these Terms & Conditions and any other conditions specified by us, for example on an Event Booking Form provided by us.

 2.     Once a booking is received by INZTA, your booking is confirmed subject to availability. Bookings are non-transferable.

 3.     All prices are quoted in NZ Dollars and have GST included.

 4.     Full payment is required at the time of booking – no spaces will be reserved for you until payment is received.

 5.     Should you cancel your booking within 7 days of the event, we will endeavour to resell your place prior to the event at the price booked by you.  Should we be successful, you will receive a refund of the amount received by us up to the amount already paid by you.  If we are unsuccessful, you will not receive a refund for the amount already paid and you will be liable for the full amount still owing.  If we are able to resell your place at a lower price, you will be liable for the difference between the lower price and the price booked by you.

 6.     Although we will endeavour to adhere to the advertised event details, you accept that we and/or the event organisers have the right to alter elements of any event at our sole discretion.

 7.     INZTA and its elected committee, members, volunteers or any other person or parties acting in good faith on behalf of INZTA assume no responsibility howsoever caused for injury, loss or damage to person or property in connection with any service resulting directly or indirectly from: Acts of God, natural disasters, detention, annoyance, delays, and expenses arising from quarantine, strikes, thefts, pilferage, civil disturbances, government restrictions or regulations over which it has no control.

8.     You acknowledge that INZTA will not be responsible for any loss or damage to property (including personal property such as bags, money or personal items) brought to an event organised by INZTA.  You will be liable for any loss or damage of person or property caused by you at an event organised by INZTA.

 9.     We reserve the right to cancel or postpone an event for any reason, including but not limited to if the event does not meet minimum attendance levels or if, in our opinion, the weather makes it difficult to guarantee your safety.  If we cancel an event, we will provide you with a full refund.

 10.  You must ensure that you and those in your care act in an orderly manner when attending an event organised by INZTA.  We may refuse entry or evict you if you or anyone in your care is behaving in a drunken, disorderly or inappropriate manner.  This also includes not following instructions given by INZTA, its elected committee, members, volunteers or any other person or parties acting in good faith on behalf of INZTA, which may lead to unnecessarily placing yourself and/or others in possible or actual danger.

 11.  We accept no responsibility howsoever caused for injury, loss or damage to person or property in connection with the provision of services offered by INZTA.
